Any advice on a system and or products to use to clean my non skid and cockpit and perhaps shine it up and protect it?

I have been happy with Sailbright Teflon non skid cleaner. It cleans up the non skid nicely and did not leave it slippery despite being a Teflon product.

You certainly do not want to wax the non skid. I do wax the flat sections that run in between the non skid and have not had a problem with that.

Island Girl has a system to clean the non-skid and seal it.

Woody Wax is also another product for your non-skid.

I've been using Woody Wax non-skid wax and am very happy with it. Application couldn't be easier, you just hose down the deck and then brush on the wax wet. Don't let it dry completely, otherwise it'll stay slick. Just hose off with water after a couple of minutes. My boat is only 2 years old so I don't know how good the UV protection is but getting dirt and bird poop off the deck is now just a matter of hosing it off versus scrubbing. You also don't need much for a whole deck (mine is 36 ft), I'm still on my first bottle after 1 1/2 seasons.

For just cleaning I like the 3M non-skid cleaner. A little goes a long way. I use a fairly stiff brush and get down on my hands and knees and scrub.
I also hose the boat off after virtually every use. No soap - just a rinse.

Did you use it on the diamond pattern non-skid. Sounds like you're hppy witht he results. I tried Natural Marine Non-Skid wax and couldn't get it all off. Ended up with dirt sticking to the wax in the grooves and a pain to get clean. Took a pressure washer to get it all off eventually. I'll have to try the Woody Wax this year.

Yes I use it on the diamond-shaped non-skid, which is pretty much my entire deck of my Hunter 36 (probably same on your H33). I just followed the directions and can't say that i have any dirt build-up.
