Waterproofing canvas.

When it rains, I notice moisture and dripping on the underside of the dodger and Bimini. Is there a product available to waterproof it and should I ?

Atsko Silicone Water Guard. I buy this at Walmart in the camping section. It has a bright orange cap. Have been using it for years on my Sunbrella with excellent results. Even here in Fl., I can get a year or more between applications. Have had the same Sunbrella on my bimini, sail cover, helm cover, and grill for years with no adverse affects. Go with what you are comfortable with. At some point, I may even switch to 303. I just need a better reason than "it's the only product approved." No offense, MS. BTW, I have learned alot from your posts over the years.

I also use 303 and found a 1 liter pressurized pump sprayer online and pour it into there and can then spray it without wearing my hand out using the trigger sprayer on the bottle. I rinse it out when done and use it for black streak remover, the pollution from the jets into Reagan National turns white fiberglass black.

For those of you thinking about new biminis and avoiding this annual routine, sumbrella has a water PROOF fabric that fits the bill. Has a plastic coating on the underside.

I use foam roller with 303 and take all canvas off
and just roll it on with brush also.
