We are prepping a new 08 Beneteau Oceanis 523 for a cruising to Mexico from Southern California. Would like information and tips from anyone who has installed a watermaker.

We installed the Village Marine Little Wonder 350 series... love it! It is an AC system... so you'll need a generator.

I've got a Spectra 150.. Installed it in my FIRST 42 about 6 years ago and have had NO worries with it sence..
I was so inpressed with the quality of the unit, I joined the Spectra Team and am now a roving dealer. If power comsumption is a factor, and it is for many of us, the Spectra is the best on the market for water delivered for the amount of amps used.
