Water Witch

I have read in the forum that because of the shallow bilges many of you have replaced the standard float switch with a Water Witch - Model 230.

1. How has it worked out?
2. How much better is this system over the standard factory float?

its a big improvement i see no need for the float type after using it ...i will not go back the float again

It has been working great for me.

Went with the Johnson Electronic Switch which is similar to the water witch. No exposed contacts. Works well and a bit cheaper than the other.
