Water Trapped Between Floor Liner and Hull

Has anyone ever had water trapped between the floor liner and the hull in their Catalina 22? Mine was flooded with 10 inches of water when I got it (new owner). Through a crack in the floor liner under the seat where you sit at the table, water got under the liner. It seems to be trapped just under the floor liner where the table is located. What's the best way to get it out of there? Should I cut or drill a hole in the floor liner and try to vacuum it out?

If it is on a trailer, try to angle it so that the water runs out. A hair dryer on low temperature may help to dry any residual moisture.

It is on a trailer. Haven’t moved it yet but will try that soon! Just curious, if the water is lying on fiberglass under that liner? Or is that “liner” part of the fiberglass sandwich of the hull?
