Water leaked out of my tank too, but out the big red access cap, copiously when filling. This is the big screw cap on the tank itself. Water spilled out past the threads, despite my care efforts to tighten.
I gooped up the threads with a food safe sealant and hope for the best. But the cap looks like it has an O-ring recess. Is there supposed to be an O-ring??Nicholas Walsh
