Water tank leak at cover bolts

I have a Hunter 1994 Hunter 40.5

I noticed that the starboard water tank is leaking and it appears that the leaks are coming aroung the bolts (or screws) that are holding on the tank cover.

This tank is below the cabin sole on the starboard side just outboard of the sitee table. It looks like there are about 30 or 40 (I didn't count them) that appear to have some sort of fiber or rubber washer. Does anyone know how they are sealed and have any suggestions for resetting, replacing or how to seal these? I did not try to tighten them right now or pull any to replace. I empted the tank and isolated it at the manifold. I can live without the 20 gallons right now so I may just leave it isolated until I can get to fixing it. I have emptied the port 20 gal tank to keep from having a port list due to the extra water.

Any suggestion on how to reseal or rebed this fasteners would be appreciated.

Hopefully, the fix is as easy on yours as it was on mine. Namely, I removed all the screws and rebedded them with LifeCalk. The panel gets all the walking traffic, so it breaks the seal and loosens the screws over time. It's been maybe seven years for me. I did it once again when I had the panels up just prophylactically.
BTW, I later had a similar problem with the inspection port. I just used LifeCalk again on the screw-in portion and the problem disappeared.

Thanks - I'll bet that's it. I didn't mention it in the original post but there's a little leak at the inspection port too. The wate doesn't pour out of any of them, it just weaps up at several of them and now that you mention it, it's the ones just below were your weight it when you walk. Then ones up under the single starboard side sitee don't seem to be weaping, just the ones where you walk. I'll get some lifecalk and rebet them. Did you use new washers too?
