Reference 1983 27'So we finally get to rinsing out our water tank and filling with water. In the flushing out process at the marina, the water pump was flowing water out of the galley sink at such a high pressure, that I had to drape a towl around the sink to prevent splashing. We leave, set sail, return to mooring, and find that the top 10% of the water had drained out. I've traced the leak to the water tank vent hose (which I'm about to replace), but now the water pump won't shut off and water pressure is very significantly diminished. No other leaks in line are detected. Will the original pressure return once I've replaced the vent hose (I'm not optimistic, or can see correlation)?Any ideas on what could be wrong, or how to find out? Thanks for any help!Kevin
