Water pump cycling issue

Catalina 30 MkII Foss Harbor Marina, Tacoma, WA
When I'm on the hook I've noticed that my water pump cycles about every 10 seconds...running for about a second. Acting like the system isnt holding pressure. Very annoying. When I'm back at the marina, hooked up to AC it stops. Anyone have any ideas?? :confused:
