Thanks all for the advice. I have checked as much as I can on my own with an injured hand. Looks like I will have to pay to get these problems fixed this time. Stu, I ran the engine for 1/2 hour in gear and the temp stayed at 160. Hard to say if it will oveheat under full load.....not worth the chance. I will have the mechanic solve the air lock problem before going anywhere.
