I have a 1986 Hunter31. I recently noticed that there is blackish water acccummulating in the area where the wooden lattice floor board is. Just where you come down thev steps. Below the wooden slats there is an area with several keel bolts and a hole the size of a quarter toward the engine. Any ideas where this water may be coming from?

In your bilge do you have drain holes for the water trapped in the liner? If not it will eventually fill up and come out there.
Follow Warren's lead. I did for my H28.5, and was glad I did. I was hesitant to start drilling holes in my liner, but once I did, and sloshed some bleach through the spaces between the liner and hull, I was shocked by what came out, and pleased by the results in terms of how my boat smelled.
