Our new to us 2005 H38 has a slow leak on the water manifold - not enough to cause the pump to cycle but a steady drip. I closed all the valves , turned on the pump and opened the valve for the pump and could see water drips coming from the top of the manifold but not around or near any of the valves so i am guessing this is not a issue with any of the valves but maybe something in the plastic housing ? any one else have this same issue? should i replace the manifold system ? the one sold here on this site is not exactly the same with 4 hot and 4 Cold- i have Hot and Cold in at the top i assume In/Out from water heater and 3 Hot water connections, 3 cold water connections plus the shore water inlet plus one for the pump. Are there any other suppliers of this system ? Thanks in advance

Have you checked to see if one of the O rings in the connectors has failed or shifted such that water is seeping past?
Either that or perhaps since these are all injection molded plastic parts one of the seams has opened.

when i energized the pump with all the valves closed with the intention of opening them one at a time to isolate the leak , the leak was at the top and not coming from any of the valves or the H / C connections at the top so i am suspecting something internal that i cant see
Just to close this out. I removed the manifold and fully disassembled and one of the o rings looked torn, eventually found the correct size, cleaned every connection, lubed all the o rings and put back in boat. So far nice and dry!
