Mast down.
If your 335 is the same as mine (1989) you will need to unstep your mast. Remove the base and reseal the bolts and wire hole, then step your mast again. I keep my boat in a charter fleet some of the year, and step and un-step my mast 3 times a season and find it no problem at all.
