Possibly transom....more info needed
We have an '88 33.5. We used to get some water too but not quite that much. My first guess would be the transom "gunnel" (for want of a better word) that connects the transom deck portion to the transom hull portion. This is a wide seam that is sealed with 5200 and/or another sealant. The best way to determine if that is it is to vacuum or swab the locker floor dry. Then take a water hose with a sweeper nozzle (not crucial) and heavily douse the back transom seam. Then look for water. If you see water at this point, it would be best to clean out the seam as best as possible with putty/razor knives, clean with acetone or denatured alchohol, tape off gel coat right around that seam and goop it up good (this keeps clean up to a minimum). Wet finger, clean bead of sealant up nice, strip of masking, let dry full day and douse again with water.good luck.other possible causes: leak on other side (quarter berth) that is running over to lazarette. Muffler connection. fittings that are over lazarette like winch, blocks, etc.
