Water in Cockpit Coming pockets.

1970 Catalina 22 #164 . What have you done to get the water to drain? Rainwater builds up in the pockets. Should I put in some type of drain? Very annoying. Please give me some solutions? Thanks.

Coaming drains

Here's A picture of the coaming on my C27. Note the small holes on either side of the openings. Use a pin vise or handheld drill bit to drill a pilot hole from the INSIDE out.

My C22 has drains

My 1986 C22 has drains just like the ones Joe has on his C27. Be very careful with your drilling if you decide to add drains. I'm surprised that your boat doesn't already have them.
