Water Impeller for Renault 8HP

Does anyone know where to get a new replacement water implellar for a Renault 8hp? Thanks.

Ned,

There are no parts available in the US for Renault anymore. I have on of these pumps apart and am making a new shaft to fit a standard impeller. I might just put together a conversion kit in the next few weeks. Pat McCartin Inland Marine Diesel Buford, Ga imd_ga@hotmail.com

Last year I got some pretty obscure Renault parts (transmission bearings and seals) from Waterway Marine: Waterway Marine Service, Inc. 2017 Renard Court Annapolis, MD 21401 Phone: 410-266-0590 FAX: 410-266-0534 They get the parts from Nanni in France. They only deal wholesale so you might have to have your marina or shop order them for you. I just tried to check their web site but it looks like its been hijacked. Good luck. Dan Bryant
