George, I just did mine last year. Get the Seaward replacement and it fits nicely in the same space. It is a little challenging getting it out, but is doable. You have to remove the cabinet underneath the sink in order to slide the old one out and the new one in. After that, hook up the engine water feeds and the AC power leads and you are done.
