While this hasn't been the greatest summer in Vermont this year we have enjoyed some good winds to sail in. However we have noticed on several occasions that when the boat is beating into good sized waves (for a lake) a leak develops into the forward cabin apparently from the anchor well. Although I haven't ripped anything out yet (that's what off season is for) it seems like the water is being driven into that anchor well drain as we descend into the wave faster than it leaves as we rise . It seems to produce a little fountain of spray that works it's way aft. As well the anchor well drain hole looks quite large.Has anyone had a problem similar and what did you do about it?
