I have refinished the teak veneer floor on the 11.0a several times to remove the water discoloration, using wood bleach, neutralizer, etc. and drying thoroughly prior to revarnishing, only to have the black mildew stains reappear. Am planning to epoxy-paint the floor and have it resoled over. Anyone else ever do this with a teak and holly 1/4" plywood, or use the new product, the teak and holly Lonseal?
