George, if the specs state a dry weight of 3000# and your certified weight shows 5740, would you think that the mast, sails, engine, etc add about 1000# to the dry weight? Sounds like a bunch more than I'd have guessed. (This assumes a trailer weight of about 1700#...) By the way, the website articles about your boat have been really good for my education into 260s.
