water ballast operation in salt water

If you leave the 26X in the water (of course with bottom paint) is this addressed in manual?? Should some type of chemical anti-fouling liquid such as bleach be added. Are the intake or drain cocks built for continued immersion in saltwater?? Would like to leave in water on a saltwater canalAlso does the company have a corp web site and list of all dealers??.....

Salt water

Ron.. I have a 1989 26 Mac. This will be my 3rd year in the salt water and I simply drop a chlorine tablet in the tank every month or so. ( Available at any swimming pool store )I also have the bottom cleaned every month in the summer and every 2 months in the winter. I have not experienced any corrosion of the valve.
