Waste tank conversion for a 1975 Cat 27?

Does anyone have an article (advise) on how to convert a 1975 Cat 27 with a through hull head to one with a holding tank? Any advise on brands etc...? It will be used only as a day sailer.

I finally found a holding tank that was reasonably priced and woudl fit under the stbd berth. The one mentioned in the article was over $400! We installed a 20 gal holding tank under the vee berth. Catalina direct has a tank that is designed to fit in there. It means cutting through the fibreglass under the mattress, but once the tank is installed and the cover glassed back in, no one will be the wiser. We installed a 6" inspection port in the bottom of the storage area under the mattress, to tighten clamps or access hoses as required. By installing the tank in this area all the storage under the settee is preserved.
