Can anyone recommned a washdown pump for my 423 Beneteau? I don't subscribe to Practical Sailor however I know they evaluated pumps in their January 01, 2005 issue. Any advice will be appreciated.

I installed a ShurFlo Blaster
in my Hunter 40.5 and have been happy with it. No problems and it has reasonable pressure and volume. Typically about $90 with a plastic nozzle. I have no idea what PS likes.

If I remember correctly, they said the expensive one with the long warranty was not worth it, the output wasn't as advertised (true for almost all of them) and was a disappointment. I think they recommended the regular Shurflo or West Marine models.
