I’m thinking about purchasing a new Catalina 350 and then placing it in a charter fleet in the Northwest. I hope that the boat would be chartered about 12 weeks a year. However in reviewing the Catalina Warranty information, Section 2 # 10, I noticed the warranty does not apply to boats used for charter. I would appreciate any information on Catalina’s interpretation/use of this clause.
