I am having a bad experience with ONLINEMARINE.COM. I have been waiting over a month for a battery charger I ordered on line June 1. Please advise if you have had similar experience. I have called and reached a service rep three times. I get the run around and then they say its in the mail. Well, its not in the mail. I may well be out $ 280 dollars I sincerely hope I am wrong but they may have "stiffed" me. Please advise, I have never had a problem ordering on the Internet before. Eric Bush Hunter 34 Owner

Just cancel your order, they MUST credit your credit card if it has been charged. If they do not, then call the credit card company and they will credit you the amount when they find that the product was NOT shipped. PS: what charger did you order?

You can get your money back. Call customer service at the bank that issued the card and tell them you want to dispute the charge and why (you've never received the goods). They'll give an address to send a written complaint disputing the charge and what has to be included. It's essential that you follow up in writing as instructed ASAP. They'll explain the rest, but you'll either get your battery charger or your money back.

Those guys have a good reputation, as you'll find if you search our archives. Could be a misunderstaning or possibly a good old fashioned screw up. Maybe you should call back and escalate the issue to a manager. Products ship slowly in the marine biz, unlike your basic consumer products. I wouldn't panic just yet. ph.

I have ordered several things on line. I have delt w/ Online Marine for many months now and never have I received such excellent service from a company such as them . I have always gotten the product on time and in excellent condition and have always found their representatives to be curtious and friendly and very helpful. Have you checked to see if your item was special ordered? I would like to think that you had done some investigation before posting information like this for other boaters to read and think badly of the company.
