Looking at my dealers web site, I found a link to his latest project. He is having Hull #2 of the HC50 built and is going to show it in St. Pete during the boat show there. Keep in mind that this is a dealer who is totally land locked, I wonder which lake it will end up on. Pretty cool 360 degree pictures on the link below. http://home.earthlink.net/~wiredgms/LaVida/HC50Page/ Boy, wish I had a cool half a million to spend on that bad boy. Regards. Bruce Neon Moon

BTW

The gentleman (if I can stretch it that far :) in the galley and salon picture is the owner of Lavida, Richard Clary, great guy, if you see him buy him a beer, he talks a little more with a beer in his hand. Bruce. Neon Moon

Probably Texoma Bruce..

I've noticed some ridiculously huge boats on that lake sense we've been spending time there. Texoma's just not that big. It was a lot bigger when I was a kid but it seems to have shank quite a bit over the years. I ran across a 376 last Sat. and after the monsters we saw earlier in the morning, it seem small. We were in our 30 ft pram. Any idea which marina he might use or is he going to trailer it :)? Greg H23 -Faster S2 9.2C Impulsive

If the lake level goes up....

If Richard brings it home, it will probably sit up at Lewisville or at his shop. I wonder if he is planning on taking it to the Dallas boat show. That would be pretty cool. Regards. Bruce. Neon Moon

14 feet may take a while.

Wow, is that right? To bad about the H50, I don't get to Lewisville.

RC a good guy

I just bought my third Hunter from Richard (a 380, also bought a 310 from him) and he's a good guy. I agree about the beer-in-hand. Our boat's on Texoma and it IS a great lake. Plenty of room for larger boats. There are 14 boats of 38' or more at our marina out there: Highport. My understanding is that the HC50 will probably be sold out there (coastal) and never see Texas. Texoma could handle it, but that would be such a waste for such a boat.
