The exhaust elbow and water injector on the MD7A on my Sabre 30 is a simple affair made with 1.25" black iron pipe available at any big box or plumbing store. The injector is a ½" pipe welded onto the the larger pipe. The U is from McMaster-Carr. Total cost about $30. The unit is wrapped in fiberglass exhaust wrap available at auto parts stores.

The first photo shows the new unit alongside the one I cobbled together while on vacation. The second photo shows the unit installed. The third photo shows the original unit after it failed. The pipe rusted through at a joint. It was wrapped in asbestos cloth.
