I have a MD6A that is out of a boat and in running condition, last I
knew. willing to run it again and take a mpeg of it if anybody is
seriously interested. Complete with transmission, panel, and
controls.
Also, I am presently pulling the MD7A out of my boat and replacing.
the motor was completely rebuilt 4 years ago, and used for only 2
seasons. (50hours) HOWEVER, oil appeared in the crankcase the very
last day of this season. That is why I am repowering. This motor
will start, but I will not let run for more than a few seconds due
the water in the crank. the oil filter and oil has been replaced
twice by me, but becomes gray again quickly. I will take an mpeg of
this too, if someone is interested. With transmission, only.
Please forward this to anybody you think might want one or both of
these motors.
I have been told that either unit should be worth at least $1000.00.
