Volvo 2 cyl. Gas engine

Looking for Engine Manual and advice for Idleing problems . Very difficult to set Idle speed , suspect it may be the Idle jet setting but as usual there may be other reasons . Engine never gets hot either , I can put my hand on the Head at any time .Anyone know if there is a thermostat on those engines ?

Gas or Diesel

i had a volvo 2 cylinder in an Ericcson years ago. while it was a diesel. it never got hot either. That engine did have a thermostat, in line i believe, and changing it elinimated the problem.
