Sprinkled through the various threads about my plans are some posts saying things like, "If you are ever in Chesapeake Bay...". I'm a little shy in general and shy in particular about calling people up and saying, "Remember when you posted on SBO a year ago?".

If you are serious, please PM or email (preferred) me with contact info and the Lat. / Long. of the most convenient dock, mooring, or anchorage. Meeting new people is one of the things I'm looking forward to about the traveling life so I will put this info into a list on board and make it a point to try make as many of these stops as possible.

I can sing for my supper by telling you about my dive to see the "Titanic", riding completely through a Gulf Stream rogue wave on a 100 foot schooner (along with most of the schooner), and things like that, well, maybe a couple more things like that. I've also been known to put together a pretty good meal aboard if the last port of call wasn't too far behind.

My life and schedules are going to be pretty flexible once I leave Portland but I will be posting a link to my SPOT beacon here before I go so you'll all be able to keep track of where I am. If you are on the list and see me getting close, you can expect a phone call or send me an email or text message renewing the invitation.

Probably a bit out of the way, Roger but if you need a winter destination, the dock is at 30degrees, 20' 57.23N by 90degrees, 03' 34.80W
There is rum and Jambalaya or Gumbo available ..
