Visiting Bay Area June 1-6th

Hi Catalina folks!

I am a Norwegian leisure captain, instructor and Catalina 400 owner that is visiting SF and the Bay Area this coming week (from Saturday)
I made a contact with one of you, and was invited for a sail one of these days; but unfortunately I have mislead contact info.

This is my first visit to SF since 1969 (!), never did any sailing then, as I have all over since.

Anybody remember the contact in October, or want to invite me for a spontanous sail? I would be delighted! I will stay in a small down town hotel, my mobile (sms) is +47 41034694 (will not be on the web the next days after tomorrow afternoon, European time, believe that to be 9 hours after you)

Hello Scotty!
Very nice of you. As I discovered just yesterday I could not find contact infor for my former contact, this was a positive surpise on such a short notice.

I am leaving Oslo on the first direct flight to SF (Oakland) ever, and will land at 1715 local time, then getting to my hotell in SF, to settle in and get some rest. An idea would be to hire a care and go south on Sunday/early next week - 60 miles looks like a good hour?

I will definitely phone you from my hotell tomorrow (Saturday)
