My 1990 Vision 32 has a second bilge, without a bilge pump, under the cabin floor, that sits next to the main bilge with a bilge pump. The bilge's are connected by small holes and both always hold a small amount of water. The question is, would it be OK to plug the small hole in the second bilge, to use it for storage, or is it suppose to remain wet, so if the mast is struck by lighting the water will help disperse the electricity through the keel into the ocean. Just curious to hear what other V 32 Owners have to say???? Daddy's Dream
