I have used SpeedySigns.com for boat name graphics, and have been happy with them. They also offer design assistance if needed.

I started with them but the lettering price was high at the end of the process.
I'll try again then at least to explore the logo
Thx Bob

If you are in/near a larger city, there are usually multitudes of shops making vinyl signage for trucks and other vehicles. Be sure to have them make up a trial paper printout with your design so you can take to the boat, tape it into place, and assess to see if it looks "right" in the real world outside of the computer screen. All vinyl or mylar is not the same, either. Use material that will resist UV very well. Application is kind of tricky the first time you do it... Measure very carefully and make super accurate pencil marks. (!) Far better to do this on the hard, where the boat stays still. :)

I've used BoatUS. Any sign shop that can scan an image can make a graphic. More colors equals more money. :)

I used BoatUS in 2014. It has held up well so far. Still looks like new.
