I noticed the same thing when I was looking to by one. Couldn't find anything on video. I have since found a couple of videos but of boats that are for sale. No sailing stuff. Not sure why. I asked about a year ago and got no responses. I'll try to put some on this summer after some of my trips. Anyone else have any??

I have one posted of a standard run offshore last year off of Longboat key in SW Fl. I'll dig it up for my frosty northern brethren. It's unedited and shows a pretty typical shift at the helm and I guess I didn't tag it as a 260 video so no Emmy.

Oh yeah...that's a sweet video. So nice to see a 260 in action!!

I hate to jinx things but we are been having a very mild winter. If this keeps up and we are sailing in early May. :dance:

Water ballast stability

Nice Lake Champlain video.
In the shot of the 40 something foot sailboat, heading into the sea with some difficulty, are you motoring? If you are is your motor coming out?
Is the next shot (viewing with binoculars) the same sea state or a different time?
The H260/26 seems remarkably stable compared to the much larger boat, maybe it’s just an illusion or maybe it’s due to the H260/26 high ballast, that resists hobby horsing.

Thanks! I was motoring also , it was rock & rolling , my motor is a honda 9,9 long shaft and it was not coming out. The shot with the 'bino' was the day after, full sail going to Valcour Island. I didn't put the shots where the boat was going 3 to 4 feet out of the water, my girlfriend was yelling ' bronco baby' . So it's just an editing illusion!!!!
