Victron BMV 600 Problem

Marine Trader 34 Where Ever I am
My Victron 600 Battery Monitor has worked flawlessly for years. This morning I was doing my usual check and found the SOC and accumulated AHs used are not showing and just the dash lines. Actually, the only thing it's showing is voltage and amps either coming in or going out. All others are 3 dashes. No other info. Anyone else run across this with the Victron? Chuck

Try disconnecting from shore charger or solar. It may be telling you the bank is full. I had a similar incident to yours on one boat, and it was a simple fix, but I can't recall what exactly it was.

If that does not work the usual re-set, un-plug etc. may work.. Also unplug the UTP and re-plug at both ends.

Also make sure that the DI, DV, DCE, DTTG and DSOC settings are all turned ON in the settings. I had one customer accidentally turn a couple of them to OFF....

Thanks MS. Here's what I have done so far and nothing as changed. Disconnected power and phone style cable individually and together and reconnected. Tried to sync and reset manually. Disconnected battery charger. All previous settings in the menu are still there. No joy. It's been a few days since this surfaced. Chuck

That's an odd one.. Give Justin a call at Victron up in Maine....

Do you have his number? I just got an email from Victron service which says...

What is the serial number?
Where are you?

I know the next email will be, send it to a service center, so they are going to be no help. This has been their response in the past rather than offering suggestions to fix the problem. Thanks for your help. Chuck
