I bought a 22 Venture, is missing all the hardware for rigging. How do you rig it? What do I need to handle the main and the jib?

Running Rigging

From the bow back: Jib: 1. My halyard cleats off onto the mast. 2. The sheets run outside all shrouds, back through fairleads on a track, around the winches, and into a cleat. Spinnaker: 1. I had to add a halyard and mast cleat. 2. I use the same jib fairleads above for my spinnaker sheets. 3. The downhaul uses fairleads along the bow back to the cleats on the side of the cockpit / cabin. 4. The topping lift uses a fairlead halfway up the mast, then a series of fairleads to the second cleat on the side of the cockpit /cabin. Mainsail: 1. Halyard cleats off the mast. 2. Sheet is secured on a port side padeye near the stern, runs up through one side of a swivel double block on the boom, down to a block on the starboard, back up through the other side of the boom double block, down to a block on the port side with a cam cleat on a swivle base. Looks like a two strand upside down v. Suggestion: I'm going to run all halyards and guy control lines to the cockpit using spinlock deck organizers to spinlock powerclutch jammers. Each line will be a different color and each jammer will be labled. Go to the Harken.com site for some good example diagrams. I like to sail solo and those horn cleats on the mast cost too much time when you need to drop the sails. Write with questions: lappm@yahoo.com Good luck, Mark
