We would call that a "donor" boat. I would say yes... but measure anyway.

Joe is right.
The venture 21 and the macgregor 21 were basically the same boats with identical rigging plans. The interiors were much different.
But like he said, measure anyway cuz someone may have cut it down/modified it for some reason..
