Depends on what vents you have. Do you know what make they were? I had that issue years ago, ended up replacing both of the bases completely, turned out unnecessarily, but they sure looked new! 
Find the vendor and use Google, for sources and pricing. The SBO store must have some, don't know if they'd match what you have, but until you find out, they can't help either.

They were made by Nicro marine and are of the 3 inch type. I have also considered getting a diver to go down to retrive it. Its under the dock in about 8 feet of water at low tide.Depends on what vents you have. Do you know what make they were?
