Vegas for sale in Sweden

I stumbled across this page (it's been too wet and stormy for sailing)
of Swedish Vegas for sale. They all seem to be well priced. Of
particular interest to me was the one listed under "31 Aug", Vega #14
with a wooden mast.
Another of interest is listed at "18 Aug Exclusiv" and has a neat
bowsprit platform with forestay attached for a larger fore triangle.
Anyway, lots of neat pictures of well kept boats.

Dear All;

I am trying to get a new main sail made and have not had the chance to go and measure the foot rope slighter on the Main; I am quite convince that it is 8mm diameter, could someone please confirm.

Re the bowsprit version:

There's definitely one of these somewhere in the UK; when I was looking for our Vega back 2000, it was for sale via a brokers in a boatyard in Devon or Cornwall. As I remember, it had been fitted not to enlarge the foretriangle, but because it'd been crashed into a quay somewhere and the bowsprit was first and foremost to effect/strengthen the bow repairs. Steve Birch will probably know of it and have more details.
