Hi Guys
I know it's been some time since I posted but the tow business keeps me
going 18 hours a day. Up to 3 towboats and a tugboat now.
Anyway my beloved Vega Arenal #1460 is up for sale. She completed a trip
from Rhode Island down to the keys, past northern Cuba to Cancun mexco, Down
the coast to Costa Rica, Eastward to Jamica, past Haiti then northward to
Virginia and back up the coast to R.I again.
The rest of the year she left the dock 1 time and this year only two jaunts
around the bay for 2 hours each time. The boat is extensively outfitted for
bluewater with an impressive collection of sail's etc. I hate to part with
her but I don't have the time and she deserves better (Care and Owner)
I am putting together a webpage that I will post in the next several days
with photo's and details. I am also willing to deliver her anywhere on the
eastern seaboard or gulf coast as a testiment to her seaworthiness as I make
my living doing yacht deliveries and long distance towing.
I have no idea what to ask for her, She is not as pretty or well kept as
when I got her and my wife says she can relate to that (I wonder if she
meant me.......?) The wife is also born and raised in Sweden and our new
baby was concieved aboard so a good home and good owner are a must for
sentimental reasons.
Anyway the rest of the details will follow on the website and you can
contact me off list by email captainclaude@...
Please be patient, I am at sea alot and my internet access is not good in
some places.
Thanks in advance!
Claude
