The measurements are taken from where the hull joins with the deck (lowest
point). If you had a blue Vega it is the point where the colour changes. If
still in doubt I will take a photo and post it.
Float mark measurements are as follows:
Stem (Bow) - Vertical Distance to water = Stem 918mm +/- 3mm = 915mm -
921mm
Stern (Aft) - Vertical Distance to water = Stern 752mm +/- 3mm = 749mm -
755mm
