Hatches are usually generic, meaning they are off the shelf from other manufacturers. Can you post some photos of the hatches you have?
Lewmar hatches are highly regarded as are Goiot hatches. Goiots are not as common in the US.

I have Goiots on my boat - I haven't found a lot of support in the US although Goiot (French) has been extremely helpful!
