Go with the Elegance and you will not be sorry and and most likely put 2 in after using it
and I have see my friends who have the Elegance and love it and if I had not already installed the Sea Era I would definitely go for the elegance.
I had a WC Head Mate when my boat was new and than switched to the Raritan PHII and than switched to the Sea Era and love it for sure but wish I had listened to others and install the Elegance and Boatland has really best prices.

I'm tring to figure out the routing for control wiring and the freshwater supply. I used to be able to call hunter with those kinds of questions. Have not done that in a long time has anyone been successful talking to them lately?

Thanks

You might want to consider hiring a certified marine electrician to wire it for you. Or at least ask Raritan for the name of a servicing dealer who's likely to know Hunters and can walk you through it. There are bunches of Hunters on Chesapeake Bay and I'm pretty sure Raritan has a couple of services dealers among the boatyards there. Give Raritan a call at 800-352-5630

Two sayings come to mind here: 1. If you think a pro is expensive, wait till you find out how much an amateur costs...and 2. It's always cheaper and easier to do it righ the first time than it is to do it over.

Thanks Peggy, good advice as usual... I spent a year getting ready to cruise the Bahamas in this boat then cruised for a year and lived on it for another year in that time did a lot of upgrades and repairs (that's what cruising) is. This is not a difficult project, you have already given more than enough of the advice to make it simple. The hardest part is getting the water and wire to the device... As usual. As I get older, I hire people to do some stuff. The problem isn't the price, it's the quality... I'm always disappointed! I'm about 500 miles from the chesapeake, you probably thought I was in Delaware...

Thanks

I'm not geographically challenged...I do know that NH isn't short for DElaware. :) I only mentioned the Bay because a) it's in the same time zone...and b) it's the closest place where Raritan is likely to have at least one servicing dealer. The Annapolis yards are actually pretty good.

Got the new Toilet Raritan Marine Elegance installed, I will put more pics up in the upgrade section. Peggy thanks for the advice on this toilet. Sailgunner thanks for the install info. I am very happy with the head and just need to add a few wire ties and I will be done! Here's a couple of pics.
