Recently started to have my bowl seals fall after just a few months...the Teflon bottom seal gets a pucker in the front middle section and so the bowl doesnt hold water..doing everything as I have for past 15 years..I've had this happen a few times but usually after at least 6 months or a yr..anyone had a similar issue and know how to fix this

If it's happening immediately after installing new seals, it appears you got a defective Teflon piece. Are you 100% certain you aligned both pieces correctly and that the rubber piece is on the top and the Teflon piece is on the bottom? It's been my experience that I'm most likely to get something wrong that I've done a zillion times before 'cuz I'm doing it on autopilot.
If it is defective call Dometic 800-321-9886 for the name of the nearest VF service center to get a replacement.

That still can indicate a defective Teflon "plate" 'cuz it shouldn't be happening. So I'd get the phone # for the nearest VF service center and call them to ask why it's happening. Be sure to tell them this wasn't your "first rodeo" replacing bowl seals.

Here's a couple of pics I took prior..you can see the void in front of the ball between the puckered seal

Another set of pics..just removed the Teflon seal..this has happened before..over the past few years...just wondering...I examine the ball it looks good no nicks or calcium build up . Spring feels pretty good..so I've never determined what causes this but these seals are ridiculous now

Wondering what's causing that depression..one possibility is the edge of the ball is overriding the seal on the return and push it down under or it's not returning forward enough and the vacum is sucking the unsupported section that the ball has left down...until it loses the ability to come back...if so what's causing either of those failures..or is it something else Altogether. I've gotten a whole year on a seal in the past..I've used at least 3 maybe 4 since last summer

Somethings not right with the install. It doesn't look right, looking down on my flush ball the gasket is barely visible, the ball is centered.
It's been a while but I remember the linkage, install of the ball was a little tricky while the 2 sealing gaskets were pretty straightforward and marked.
Are you positive everything is seated correctly as it looks like the gasket gets damaged after the installation.
