V-Birth wall removal

I was curious if anyone has experimented in removing the V-birth wall of there catalina 27. I wish to do so but am afraid of structural problems acuring after the wall is gone. Please give advice or input on the matter.

Good reason to be afraid, Andrew. Aside

from compromising the strength of your C27, you are also eliminating any privacy you might have when having guests aboard. Either of which will seriously affect resale value somewhere down the road. Bad idea.
