V-Berth Design

I am considering installing some sort of V-Berth for the Hunter 216 that I purchased in May, 2004. After reviewing the archives for the Hunter 216, I'm wondering whatever happened as a result of all the V-Berth discussion that went on for quite a while. Has anyone installed a V-Berth of their own design? Has anyone got photos of what Hunter provides for the V-Berth?Any information that anyone has on this would be appreciated.Thanks,Lamar Sumerlinlamarsumerlin1@charter.net

216 V berth Drawings

I have the drawings of the 216 V-berth that Hunter installs for the boat shows. It shows the design with supports and all but does not include any dimensions.We will be installing a shelf of some kind in ours but we still get too much water in the boat after a good rain to have any type of support resting on the cabin floor.I'll e-mail what I have to you within the next day or so.
