V 32 Stem Fitting

I want to attach a bow roller using the horizontal bolts securing the stem fitting on my 1989 Vision 32. It appears to me that access from the inside of the boat is difficult to impossible. Does anyone have experience in this area?

donald:i just installed a bow roller on my 1990 vision 32. i did it by cutting a door in the anchor locker about 4" X 4". when finished with the installation, i sealed the door back up by fiberglassing it shut, i then primed and painted the patch. the result is barely noticeable.janet

Saw one..

I saw one with the stock roller unit groud down and an off-the-shelf roller assembly installed. Sounds messy but it looked professional. Good luck. RD
