In Costa Mesa, CA has lots of used sails. Link to the website is below. I've got stuff from them and found them very good people to deal with. Honestly I think a used sail is something I'd want to touch/feel/look at in person before buying but I have found their "ratings" and descriptions on sails to be accurate...
