"Capt. John", a well known blogger, posted the attached article yesterday on a proposal from the US Coast Guard that would eliminate certain nav aids in Northeastern US waters.
The text is short on details and I am concerned that this is a wrong headed idea from the jump and would probably spread throughout the rest of the country.
Have any of you heard about this proposal? Any opinions if true?
