Universal M25 to Kubota Thermostat part # ??

Anyone found the proper Kubota thermostat (part # please) for the engine thermostat for the Universal M25? Universal (Westerbeke) wants $65 for this thermostat and gasket! My research w/local Kubota dealer has been unsucessful. Any help appreciated
